Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Security Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our organization’s security infrastructure to protect information systems against cyber threats. You will analyze security vulnerabilities, develop security protocols, and ensure compliance with security standards to safeguard sensitive data and IT assets. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage security solutions to protect the organization’s networks, systems, and data. Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing. Monitor security alerts and respond to security incidents promptly. Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all systems and applications. Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security tools. Keep abreast of the latest security threats, trends, and technology innovations. Conduct security awareness training for staff. Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in ICT security or a similar role. Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and endpoint security. Hands-on experience with security assessment tools and techniques. Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), cloud security, and virtualization. Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
