Key Accountabilities

Provide prompt and effective support for customer inquiries related to product application, including troubleshooting and identifying root causes to minimize downtime and improve turnaround time.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations to enable sales closure.
Conduct in-depth product training for customers, ensuring users are confident, competent, and able to operate products safely and effectively.
Perform evaluations and validations of kits/instruments in accordance with laboratory and industry standards; prepare and submit reports in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with product developments and enhancements through proactive self-learning to maintain high levels of technical proficiency。

Qualifications, Experience

Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Medical Technology (or equivalent)
At least 2 years of relevant working experience as an Application Specialist or Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician.
