Location Singapore Key Requirements Result‑oriented candidate with a proven track record of selling IT services (application, infrastructure, Cloud SaaS platforms) in Singapore Exposure to new business development with CXO connects and experience selling to FS clients Sales/business development experience within the banking industry Excellent communication and analytical skills to articulate value proposition effectively. Proactive approach and work in unstructured environment are a must. Experience working in offshore global delivery model Experience 12+ years of relevant experience Critical Success Factors and Relevant Requirements Knowledge of Banking Domain/Financial Services and ability to present products, platforms, and services to clients and prospects. Direct sales and account management experience around banking applications (i.e. CASA, deposits, loans, trade, cash management), front‑end digital channels. Deep understanding and successful track record of managing and closing contract negotiations for platforms, products, and services projects. End‑to‑end sales cycle management and won multi‑year $15‑20 Mn+ contracts. Ability to work with partners and drive business strategy for assigned accounts.
