Join to apply for the Marketing Communications Manager role at JW Marriott Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the Marketing and Communication Manager will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of the overall PR & Communication strategy to build reputation, increase market share, and build brand equity across hotel, spa, and F&B portfolios. Responsibilities Collaborate with media and industry influencers to generate publicity activities. Write copy for press releases, advertising, email campaigns, social media, and digital platforms. Conduct competitor and market research, applying insights to marketing, PR, and social campaigns. Manage public relations efforts, including press release creation, media outreach, and coordination of media events. Oversee content and asset management of the hotel’s social media platforms. Support clipping, filing PR‑related files, maintain and update corporate and hotel messaging, and prepare PR data reports as demanded. Work closely with hotel stakeholders to develop marketing and communication activities. Effectively manage time and resources to meet multiple project deadlines. Perform other duties deemed necessary by management to support the hotel’s objectives. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and work experience. 3–4 years of experience in hospitality and lifestyle marketing; experience with PR agencies is an added advantage. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask. Excellent command of English, with a flair for the written word. A team player who can complete tasks independently.
