You’ll join Binance’s Central Product Team , focusing on building and optimizing the KYC (Know Your Customer) platform. Your role is to create an exceptional, compliant onboarding experience that maximizes conversion rates while meeting regulatory standards. You’ll work across compliance, risk, design, and engineering teams to deliver solutions at global scale . Key Responsibilities: Design and develop a world-class, compliant KYC platform with excellent user experience and high conversion rates. Write and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for tracking and clarity across teams. Manage project timelines to ensure execution meets set deadlines. Collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, Compliance, and Risk teams to prioritize the most valuable improvements. Track user metrics to solve problems, identify improvements, and drive product enhancements. Continuously refine workflows to make the KYC process more intuitive and frictionless. Coordinate across regional/global teams to implement product initiatives effectively. Communicate new features and updates clearly to users and internal stakeholders. Requirements: 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager , preferably in tech, fintech, finance, or blockchain . Strong expertise in KYC processes is a major advantage . Deep understanding of the product lifecycle , ideally using Agile methodologies. Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills . Ability to logically reason , articulate assumptions , and evaluate risks . Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. A self-starter mentality — comfortable in fast-paced, results-driven environments . Fluent in spoken and written English .
