Singapore Sailing Federation is seeking a Board Pathways Coach to work with the coaching staff on windsurfing and wingfoiling programmes. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and reviewing training plans aligned with the Athlete Development Framework and supporting pathways for junior and youth windsurfers and wingfoilers.
The role involves assisting with selection policies, event administration, and coordinating regatta activities under supervision.
