Customer Marketing Specialist - GTR & APAC
Brown-Forman is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist for Global Travel Retail (GTR) & APAC. Reporting to the APAC Customer Marketing Manager, you will execute promotions that leverage key channel strategies to increase traveler demand, strengthen customer relationships, and grow our brands within the region. This role supports Travel Retail Customers across China, and when required South Korea and Singapore.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate promotional and merchandising initiatives for Brown-Forman across different TR channels; ensure promotions meet brand goals and regional objectives, are on time, within budget, and aligned with local markets when applicable.
- Timely develop and manage promotional calendars and merchandising activities.
- Coordinate point of sale materials, ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand spend budgets.
- Manage permanent visibilities with planogram projects; order merchandising POS for customers.
- Manage and track the marketing budgets; complete evaluations for all promotions and merchandising activity, including sales uplift analysis and cost review using the internal M&E tracker tool (Measurement & Evaluation).
- Plan, activate and review promotional events in line with legal standards.
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Collaborate with internal and external partners, including the global GTR team; work with B-F Design, B-F Legal, relevant internal B-F teams, agencies and suppliers to ensure optimal execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic teams to stay aligned with local brand strategies and activity.
- Participate in customer meetings; assist in sales and marketing ad-hoc projects as defined by the GTR Global Marketing team and APAC Commercial leads, including trade shows and customer events.
- Initiate and develop a second communication channel with customers’ marketing teams.
Digital Ecosystem & Measurement
- Lead planning related to the Customer’s Digital Ecosystem; manage the digital shelf to ensure a consistent and strong presence on customer eCom channels.
- Liaise regularly with the GTR Marketing team to ensure the regional Customer Digital action plan is integrated into the broader Brown-Forman GTR strategies.
- Properly measure, evaluate and optimize all digital campaigns.
Your Background

Core Skills & Experience
- Proven Trade or Customer Marketing experience in the premium spirits or luxury goods industry is preferred.
- Experience in the international business environment with knowledge of Global Travel Retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to leverage the full marketing mix to achieve objectives.
- Agency management experience to deliver work that meets brand standards and business goals.
- Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to learn tools like Paxsmart and IWSR.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; other languages are a plus.

- Strong project management capability to handle a high volume of complex projects, delivering milestones on time and on budget.
- Cross-functional collaboration across teams to achieve outcomes.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication in English; ability to create and deliver impactful presentations.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
