Client Details Our client is a well‑established organisation with a strong reputation for delivering complex, large‑scale projects across Asia. The company operates in an asset‑intensive environment, managing long‑term contracts that provide a stable and predictable revenue base. We are now looking for a Regional Finance Director as part of the organisation's senior leadership team. Description Lead and direct the organisation's financial resources to safeguard both short‑term and long‑term financial health. Oversee corporate finance functions and ensure compliance with regulations, accounting standards, and governance requirements. Drive financial planning and risk management while shaping the organisation's capital structure to support growth. Evaluate major business activities including acquisitions, investments, capital expenditure, and divestitures to ensure financial viability. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, analysts, and financial institutions. Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and regulatory filings. Supervise and develop finance teams while enhancing systems and processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Profile Chartered Accountant with a strong academic background. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, and a master's degree or MBA is an advantage. At least 5 years of finance leadership experience in multinational environments, managing cross‑border teams ideally in a project‑based industry Well‑rounded expertise in treasury, tax, risk management, internal controls, and commercial or M&A activities. Strong leadership and analytical skills combined with excellent communication abilities. A leader who can think strategically while remaining hands‑on in execution. Excellent communication skills and a track record of building trusted relationships across diverse teams.
