Responsibilities: Provide effective leadership and strategic oversight of the Nursing Department to ensure high standards of care across the homes. Ensure professional, cost-effective nursing services through policy development, regular reviews, and implementation of best practices. Oversee clinical governance, nursing audits, and infection control measures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and Enhanced Nursing Standards. Maintain accurate patient and staff records in accordance with legal and professional standards. Identify training needs, conduct performance appraisals, and implement staff development plans to uphold clinical excellence. Collaborate with internal committees and management on budgeting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Registered Nurse with a valid SNB license. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in nursing. Strong leadership, clinical governance, and team management skills. Candidates with experience in nursing home will be advantageous.
