What You Will Be Working On
  • Oversee design process
  • Resolve conflicting user requirements

  • Conduct performance reviews of the project management team and consultants
  • Oversee all aspects of the team to ensure cohesive and effective project execution across all phases and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
  • Knowledge and skills
  • Building and infrastructure background and experience preferred. Strong project management skills to manage large-scale construction projects, oversee design processes, and implement sustainable practices
  • Familiar with regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and technology integration
  • Expertise in budget and timeline management, quality control, and project handover
  • Inter-personal and conflict resolution skills, negotiation, mediation, and problem-solving to manage tensions and foster collaboration among stakeholders and consultants
  • Construction technical knowledge for quality assurance of consultants’ and vendors’ work
  • Contract management with consultants, vendors and agencies
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems
  • Experience
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in building and infrastructure and project management
  • Experience working on government projects and familiarity with regulatory requirements
