Logistics Supervisor (Class 4)

Location: Boon Lay

6Days - 8AM - 5:00PM + OT (sometime only)

Basic $3000 - $3500 + Allowance + OT + AWS + Performance Bonus

Requirements
  • Must have a valid Class 4 driving license
  • Min. 2 years of experience in supervisory role
Job scope
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers, providing them with training, guidance, and motivation to achieve daily and overall delivery goals
  • Plan, organize and execute daily delivery schedule to ensure high productivity and on-time delivery
  • Identify and resolving delivery issues
  • Responsible for driver feedback
  • Observe and provide feedback on current practices to identify areas for improvement
