The Order and Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the order fulfillment and logistics processes for the Singapore entity (SAP and Oceania countries). This role encompasses timely and accurate order processing, coordination of shipping and transportation, and a smooth flow of goods across the supply chain. It serves as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. This position is based in Singapore and reports to the Order & Logistics Manager in Singapore. Responsibilities Responsible for order management duties ranging from order entry, rescheduling, and monitoring of open order status Liaise with overseas counterparts on order and logistics related matters Serve as a contact point to external and internal stakeholders on order and logistics related matters Work closely with overseas and local 3PLs on inbound and outbound activities Coordinate with warehouse and customers’ forwarders on shipment collections to ensure timely billing of the orders Preparation of shipping documents and ensure that documentation filing is in compliance with local audit and legislative requirements Work with forwarders to ensure that export documentation is timely provided upon shipment dispatch from Singapore Timely processing of quarterly stock rotation to ensure that cargo is promptly returned to Sweden Verify freight invoices from 3PLs Maintain accurate records and generate reports for internal stakeholders Participate in organizational plans to better support internal and external requirements for future enhancement Prepare miscellaneous reports as and when deemed necessary Qualifications Degree or diploma holder 3–5 years experience in order processing, logistics, and international trade Experience working in an international and dynamic environment with a customer‑focus work culture Good general supply chain knowledge Experience using ERP systems Good communication and customer service skills Proficient in MS Office and IFS system (optional) Fluent in both English and Mandarin, written and spoken Reliable and conscientious with the ability to work independently Ability to multi‑task with focus against priorities High levels of self‑initiative and self‑motivation Good organizational skills in terms of both verbal and written communication What Axis Has To Offer At Axis, you will be working within an international organization surrounded by enthusiastic people in an open‑minded and innovative culture.
