Job Description Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Investment Operational Risk The Investment Operational Risk and Compliance team is part of the Risk Management Department, which drives the risk management agenda, ensures a sound and effective risk management framework, and promotes a risk culture. The team oversees the operational risk management for Income’s investment activities and ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal standards. We seek a proactive, strong team player eager to grow with Income. Main Responsibilities Investment Operational Risk Support the Investment Operation Risk framework, procedures, and related activities, including Risk Management / 2nd Line of Defence. Conduct Incident Notification and Reporting (Ops Loss) for investment activities. Assist in Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Control Testing, and Quality Assurance reviews; recommend improvements. Review Investment Management Agreements (IMAs), Portfolio Guidelines, Subscription Documents, and other investment team requests. Review the Investment Breach Register and SOPs regularly. Participate in external fund manager reviews. Coordinate Monthly Incident Reporting with Investment personnel. Support Substantial Shareholding reporting across jurisdictions. Investment Compliance (Regulatory) Support compliance framework, policies, and procedures, including assessment and advisory on applicable regulations. Review and report on regulatory breaches, notify authorities as needed. Escalate compliance issues to senior management and authorities. Assist in preparing quarterly compliance reports. Review Personal Investment Disclosures and Related Party Transactions quarterly. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field. Preferably experience in Asset Management or Investment. 3-5 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Operations, Investment Compliance, or Operational Risk. Familiarity with MAS regulations (e.g., Securities & Futures Act, MAS Notice 307). Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
