Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features. We are seeking a Quant Trader (Execution & Operations) to join our multi-asset trading team. This role bridges quantitative trading, execution, and prime brokerage operations, supporting systematic strategies across equities, derivatives, and financing products. The ideal candidate will combine a quantitative mindset with strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, inventory financing, and valuation control. Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor systematic and discretionary trading strategies across equities, futures, and swaps. Liaise daily with prime brokers on inventory allocation, short borrow, margin, and financing optimization. Oversee daily trade booking, reconciliation, and valuation checks, ensuring data integrity across internal systems, PBs, and fund administrators. Coordinate with quant researchers to align execution logic, slippage control, and trade cost analysis. Manage P&L attribution, exposure reports, and risk analytics for active portfolios. Collaborate with operations and treasury teams to manage funding, collateral, and corporate actions. Participate in the development of automation tools for trade capture, monitoring, and reporting. Support periodic NAV validation, performance reporting, and audit reviews. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in hedge fund, prop trading, or prime brokerage environments. Preferred experience in China A share market, working with major prime brokers in Hong Kong (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS, JPMorgan, etc). Solid understanding of equity financing, swaps, and derivatives lifecycle. Proficient in Excel / VBA / Python / SQL for reporting and automation. Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and communication across trading and operations teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-precision trading environment.
