- Analytics & Reporting : Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, and generate reports to guide strategy.
- Email Marketing : Design and manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
- Website Maintenance : Update and manage website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
- Social Media Management : Schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow brand presence.
- System Maintenance : Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Technical Support : Provide first-line support for IT issues across departments.
- Security & Backup : Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure regular data backups.
- User Management : Set up new user accounts, manage permissions, and maintain IT documentation.
- Software Updates : Ensure timely updates and patches for all systems and applications.
- Vendor Coordination : Liaise with external IT service providers and software vendors.
- Asset Management : Track and manage IT inventory, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
