Overview

About The Role

Generative AI models are evolving quickly. The QA role involves evaluating complex question–answer pairs written by experts and creating scoring criteria (rubrics) to evaluate and grade response quality. The role focuses on enabling AI to address specialized questions and complex reasoning in biology-related topics.

Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Refinement: Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across topics in Biology, including developing references and task examples.
  • Experts Acquisition: Assess qualification tests of experts to ensure competency.
  • Chat Moderation: Support project-related questions from other experts in Discord, especially regarding project guidelines.
  • Auditing Work: Review and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers; provide constructive feedback, verify expertise information, and edit content to improve quality.

Requirements
  • Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience.
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher).
  • Experience writing or evaluating complex LLM prompts.
  • Experience in teaching, lecturing, or consulting in your domain.
  • Ability to learn new methods, switch between tasks quickly, and work with challenging, complex guidelines.
  • Fully remote freelance role; you need a laptop, internet, time availability, and enthusiasm.
