Overview

(LTA-IDE) PRINCIPAL/ SENIOR EXECUTIVE, LAND

This role focuses on procuring land for LTA projects, such as managing land acquisition for transport infrastructure projects, including planning and coordination work. The position requires providing guidance on land matters, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. It also involves using GIS technology to handle spatial data related to land and infrastructure, keeping land databases, maps and documentation up to date, and working with other government agencies to resolve land-related issues while supporting policy development through spatial analysis and land management strategies.

What you will be working on

This role focuses on procuring land for LTA projects, including planning and coordination work, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory compliance. It also includes using GIS to manage spatial data and maintaining land-related documentation.

What we are looking for
  • Knowledge in any discipline, preferably Real Estate, Land Management, Urban Planning, Geography, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and spatial data analysis.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Microstation software
  • Familiarity with geospatial databases (e.g., PostGIS), remote sensing, or land surveying tools is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Prior experience in land management, planning, or public sector projects will be an advantage.
