Your Role We are seeking an experienced, well-connected Business Development Manager to lead growth in Singapore and explore international business opportunities that align with our global strategy. You'll leverage your industry network, market knowledge, and business acumen to identify opportunities, secure projects, and strengthen Geoharbour's presence in the construction and infrastructure sectors.Key Responsibilities Drive Market Growth: Develop and secure new business opportunities in Singapore's construction and infrastructure sectors while identifying and securing potential international projects. Build and Manage Client Relationships: Engage key developers, consultants, contractors, and public agencies to expand Geoharbour's client base and partnerships. Expand Pipeline: Build a sustainable short-, mid-, and long-term project pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Facilitate Bidding & Proposals: Facilitate pre-tender and tender activities, ensuring commercially competitive and technically aligned submissions. Leverage Industry Networks: Use established connections and market intelligence to identify emerging projects and partnership opportunities. Collaborate Regionally: Share insights and support regional branches to build a cohesive business development strategy. Represent the Brand: Promote Geoharbour through industry events, exhibitions, and associations to enhance visibility and influence. Requirement Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. Civil Engineering background is a plus. 5 years and above of experience in business development, sales, or key
