  • As the Vice President Sales (B2C) for a leading EdTech company based in Delhi-NCR, you will play a crucial role in driving the B2C sales strategy. With over 20 years of experience in B2C sales or relevant Direct Sales, you will be responsible for exceeding sales quotas and leading a high-performing team.Reporting to the CBO/CEO, you will leverage your more than 8 years of leadership and managerial experience to drive results. Experience in B2C Direct Sales and managing call centers will be advantageous in this role. Your key responsibilities will include setting, achieving, and exceeding up-sell and cross-sell targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall results.Your expertise in Inside Sales will be vital as you interface with various groups to improve the sales process and drive strategic initiatives within the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of quota over-attainment and a strong background in sales leadership.This is a full-time position located in Delhi-NCR, India.
