The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and executing the Hub sales strategy in alignment with global objectives with set salestargets, monitoring performance, and cultivating strong customer relationships to achieve sustainable growth. He/She will collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and outcomes. How you'll make an impact: You will develop and execute the HUB sales strategy and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with global objectives while collaborating with marketing and product development teams. You will conduct comprehensive market analysis to deeply understand customer behavior, strategies, and preferences, as well as strengths and weaknesses of competitors, use insights gained to define the pricing strategy for each opportunity in coordination with supply chain and team ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market conditions. You will negotiate contracts and purchase orders with customers, coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to finalize agreements, own the sales process and oversee relevant training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities. You will manage the transition of contracts to project management, ensuring release of bid bonds and updating Salesforce with relevant order and competitive intelligence. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or business development in the energy industry. Demonstrated expertise in executing impactful sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote long‑term growth. Advanced proficiency in coordinating and managing multiple sales projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and delivery of objectives. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
