Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our AI Agent Development team. The role focuses on developing domain-specific AI agents powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and integrating advanced OCR and computer vision technologies into our operational workflows. This position requires a mix of deep data science expertise and engineering collaboration to deploy scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for various AI agent applications. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI agents’ ability to retrieve and generate contextually accurate responses. Develop and optimize traditional OCR systems for document digitization and text extraction. Integrate OCR outputs with LLM-powered AI agents to build seamless information processing workflows. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, gather requirements, and deliver tailored AI-driven solutions. Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure robust AI performance. Stay abreast of cutting-edge advancements in LLMs, RAG frameworks, OCR, and computer vision technologies. Document methodologies, experiments, and results for internal knowledge sharing. Requirements: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields. Strong experience in LLM fine-tuning (e.g., GPT, BERT) with familiarity in frameworks like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs. Proficient in traditional OCR methods using tools such as PaddleOCR or equivalent. Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. Experience deploying ML models on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
