Overview Job Summary: The Product Director is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy of an organization. Ensure that the product is developed on time, within scope, and meets quality standards. Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets defined requirements and quality standards. Address and prioritize issues and defects. Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating marketing, sales, and support efforts. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback after launch. Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements. Continuously monitor KPIs and adapt the product strategy as necessary. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including executive management, development teams, marketing, and sales. Provide regular updates on product progress and outcomes. Requirements Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required. An MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) may be preferred. Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and improvements, is typically required.
