Aircraft Trainee Technician

About The Role
Selected applicants will undergo a 13-month classroom and practical training programme depending on academic qualifications and be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to become an Aircraft Technician. Upon successful completion of training, you will be appointed as an Aircraft Technician and perform maintenance, servicing and overhaul of aircraft.
Training
1st Phase (first 6 months) - Theoretical training on specified modules in aircraft related topics at appointed Malaysia college.
2nd Phase (7th months onwards) - On the job training at SIAEC Base Maintenance/Line Maintenance/Engine Service/ Component Service Division.
Obligations
Trainees are required to serve employment of 2.5 years in the Company (training bond) upon the completion of training
If a trainee does not complete his training successfully or does not serve a minimum employment period of 2.5 years, he will have to pay for training costs of up to S35,000 (liquidated damages).
Requirements
Possess an Engineering Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college and university
Fluent in English with good communication skills
Willing to relocate in Singapore
Strong interest in technical role within Aviation industry
Positive and hardworking personality
Must be able to differentiate colors for work purposes
