A well established hedge fund in Singapore is looking to hire a Legal and Compliance Manager.
- It's a newly created role to oversee legal and compliance matters
- The compliance aspect will cover international compliance matters overseeing international investors (US, Caymans, Australia, Canada, UK).
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation such as offering memoranda, side letters, ISDAs, and broker agreements
- Reviewing the work of external counsels.
