• Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you. The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you
• Interviews: (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. You will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities
• Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
• Note: The process may differ slightly at times, but we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.

• Define, develop, manage, and sustain robust data solutions, including storage, processing units, and user interfaces.
• Design technical solutions for production-grade and cyber-secure data platforms.
• Build and optimize multi-tenant data collectors and storage systems.
• Develop streaming and batch data pipelines for near-real-time and large-scale processing.
• Design scalable data models, both SQL and NoSQL.
• Assess and enhance the data quality of incoming flows.
• Apply data management, governance, and security practices.
• Build customizable analytical dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them when relevant.
• Apply rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with strong expertise in big data technologies and cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with streaming frameworks (Kafka, Spark, etc.) and data pipeline orchestration tools.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data security, and quality frameworks.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of data engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in an international environment.
