Product Marketing Executive

About the role As a Product Executive at Setelco Communications Pte. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving the development and growth of our innovative communication products. In this full-time position based in the Tai Seng, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Work Location 5 Upper Aljunied Link (8 min walk from Tai Seng MRT) What you'll be doing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of our customers Conduct market research, analyze customer feedback, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Monitor product performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven enhancements. (Using MS Excel, Pivot tables, Vlookup) Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, roadmaps, and user guides Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure effective promotion and positioning of our products Liaise with external partners and vendors to ensure the timely delivery and quality of product components Provide training and support to customers to ensure successful product adoption and utilization. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager What we're looking for Diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Admin, Marketing or Product Management or related. 1 to 2 years of experience in a product management or product development role, preferably within the devices, electronics or related industries. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup & related). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable product strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams Familiarity with product lifecycle management processes, including ideation, development, launch, and maintenance A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in the communications technology landscape What we offer At Setelco Communications Pte.
