Job Responsibilities
  • Research, design, and implement rewards-based agents using Reinforcement Learning (RL) for testing gaming applications.
  • Develop and optimize agents and RAG-based solutions for dynamic content creation, adaptive player interactions, and enhanced gaming experiences.
  • Collaborate with game developers, designers, and engineers to integrate AI models into game development workflows.
  • Build and optimize AI-powered gaming tools to create immersive and dynamic player experiences.
  • Develop and fine-tune models to improve AI in gaming applications.
  • Analyze and preprocess game data, training AI models for better in-game decision-making.
  • Stay updated on AI advancements in gaming to keep solutions state-of-the-art.
  • Evaluate model performance through experimentation and benchmarking to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models in production.
  • Document research, methodologies, and findings for internal and external sharing.
Pre-Requisites
  • Strong expertise in Reinforcement Learning (RL), Generative AI, and RAG.
  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, transformers, diffusion models, and self-learning AI systems.
  • Experience in training and fine-tuning large-scale AI models.
  • Experience with cloud AI deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate research into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of game mechanics and AI-driven storytelling.
Education & Experience
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in AI research or applied machine learning, preferably in gaming or interactive media.
Travel Requirements

This role is based in Singapore, with occasional travel (up to 1 trip per year) for conferences, collaborations, or meetings.
