Overview We are seeking a mid-level System Administrator with solid experience in UNIX/Linux (Red Hat) and Windows Server environments. You will manage, secure, and optimize hybrid systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Red Hat Linux 9 and Windows Server 2022 systems. Perform system hardening, deployment, and patch management to meet security standards. Manage virtualization infrastructure using VMware ESXi, including configuration and resource optimization. Monitor and maintain system health, backups, and recovery processes. Implement and manage Symantec Endpoint Manager for endpoint protection. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure high uptime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deployments and upgrades. Maintain system documentation, procedures, and configuration records. Requirements Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or higher (mandatory). 4–5 years of experience in system administration across Linux and Windows platforms. Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and security practices. Experience with automation and configuration tools is an advantage. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix or Nagios. Knowledge of scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python). #J-18808-Ljbffr
