Research Officer, RNA Encapsulation Processing (BTI) Responsibilities: Preparation of mRNA/siRNA/ASO-loaded lipid nanoparticles; Process optimization and development for encapsulation of gene at large scale; Evaluation of in vitro gene transfection efficiency induced by the lipid nanoparticles in cell lines; Study of stability of gene-loaded lipid nanoparticles under various storage conditions; In vivo toxicity and biodistribution studies; Participate in maintenance of equipment and procurement of equipment and consumables used for this project; Participate in lab safety and general housekeeping of the lab. Requirements: Bachelor in biological science, chemistry, biomaterials or pharmaceutical science; Highly motivated and able to work independently; Team player with good interpersonal skills; Good spoken and written communication skills.
