Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support our project and product development initiatives. The role involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team to ensure that requirements are accurately gathered, documented, and implemented. The ideal candidate will also analyze market and customer needs, translate them into product features, and support product adoption strategies. Mandatory Skill-set Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science Must have 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in project and/or product development Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management Proficiency in preparing functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and sequence diagrams Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills across business and technical teams Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart Desired Skill-set CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certified Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders Analyze and document business needs into functional and non-functional requirements Create process flows, user stories, and traceability matrices Liaise between business users and technical teams for alignment Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA to implement requirements Conduct market and customer analysis to identify opportunities Assist in business cases, product roadmaps, and feature prioritization Prepare user documentation, training materials, and product collateral Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products Should you be interested in this career opportunity, please send your updated resume to at the earliest.
