Job Title: Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager Job Description: Management / Statutory Reporting Ensure timely and accurate financial month end closing (full sets) with management schedules Maintain proper internal financial records including but not limited to cash book, sales and payment transactions Responsible for statutory audits and ensure timely close of audit to meet statutory reporting deadlines Responsible for tax matters, including quarterly GST filing, annual income tax filing, and any applicable withholding tax Assist in budgeting and forecasting Work with cross-functional teams to understand the business and assist in data reporting requirements Daily Finance Operations Daily sales transactions audit AR (invoice issuance, payment monitoring and reporting, periodic AR meeting with sales team) AP (ensure vendors’ invoices are kept as part of proper record, verification and preparation of payments) Verification and processing of staff claims Collaborate with other teams to support operations (e.g. process customers’ refunds) Complete ad hoc projects and tasks, as assigned Requirements and Qualifications: Degree in accounting / ACCA Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, audit experience is a plus Familiarity with Xero accounting software is advantageous Eagerness to embrace the dynamism of a startup and constantly seek improvement Self-motivated, meticulous, independent worker with can-do attitude #J-18808-Ljbffr
