Sales & Client Engagement
- Present and promote design solutions to potential buyers and clients.
- Conduct sales presentations on Mablle's services. Build strong client relationships and provide design recommendations.
- Achieve individual and team KPI targets.
- Provide interior design consultations aligned with project themes and buyer preferences.
- Develop layout proposals, mood boards, and material selections with the help from the backend team.
- Work closely with project manager, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts for client approval.
- Keep updated on market trends, materials, and design innovations.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and enhance project value.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and project launches.
- Experienced in project template sales advantage.
- Basic salary plus incentives (no commission).
- Must be able to attend to pre-launch showflat events due to collaboration with various developers.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
