singapore K2 Partnering Solutions Full-time

The Product Manager leads backlog ownership and functional delivery across two cross-functional squads. You will act as the primary delivery counterpart to executive client stakeholders, driving process harmonisation across multi-agency environments, leading agile delivery ceremonies, and establishing AI-assisted product workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, elaborate, and prioritise the multi-release product backlog in JIRA/Confluence. Classify scope changes and manage formal refinement vs. change requests.
  • Lead discovery workshops across participating organisations to establish single, unified target-state user journeys. Guide stakeholders toward standard platform capabilities and resolve variations through configuration rather than custom builds.
  • Run sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and release burn-ups across two squads. Coach and review work for junior Product Leads and Analysts.
  • Own the functional quality and test strategy (SIT/UAT), reviewing coverage against acceptance criteria, issuing test reports, and agreeing on defect severity at stage gates.
  • Establish best practices for using AI tools to accelerate functional design- including drafting user stories, stress-testing business rules, and prototyping- while maintaining human accountability and review standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of business analysis and product ownership experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • 3+ years leading Agile delivery within Singapore Public Sector / Government projects (familiarity with GovTech guidelines, GCC, and agency statutory constraints).
  • Proven track record leading multi-squad deliveries , running discovery sprints, and managing multi-agency stakeholder harmonisation.
  • Hands-on expertise with JIRA and Confluence , writing functional designs as user stories with acceptance criteria rather than traditional BRDs.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools within product development processes.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in regulatory, enforcement, licensing, or case management domains.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing team-wide AI workflows and standards.
