Overview Join to apply for the SAP FICO S/4HANA Consultant role at Tap Growth ai . Our client is looking for a SAP FICO Consultant responsible for end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) support, enhancement, and optimization within a manufacturing environment. Acts as the functional owner for financial processes, ensuring system stability, automation, compliance, and accurate financial reporting across regions. What You'll Do: Lead and support SAP S/4HANA FICO processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Costing, and Controlling. Configure and manage FI integration with logistics and manufacturing processes (PP, MM, SD) from a finance perspective. Handle Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition–related financial postings, invoice verification, and vendor accounting. Manage standard cost uploads, cost estimates, and period-end cost adjustments. Support and automate physical inventory postings and financial adjustments. Configure and manage automatic payment programs (F110), including supplier payment file generation and banking integrations. Develop and support bank payment files and ensure reconciliation accuracy. Maintain and enhance Fixed Asset Accounting, including asset capitalization, depreciation, and reporting. Configure and maintain Cost Center and Profit Center hierarchies, allocations, and controlling structures. Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial validations. Automate recurring manual finance activities to improve efficiency and reduce operational risk. Analyze and resolve FICO-related system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. Participate in internal and external audits, providing finance-related system data, reports, and compliance documentation. Generate financial, audit, and control reports required by auditors and management. Provide strong cross-module support with the ability to independently handle functional issues. Coordinate and manage weekly calls with IT infrastructure teams, SAP vendors, and external partners. Report directly to Senior IT stakeholders and IT Directors. Actively participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and documentation readiness. Generate security, authorization, and system audit reports as required. Manage SAP user accounts, roles, and authorizations, ensuring proper access control and segregation of duties. What We\'re Looking For: 4–5 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant, preferably within a manufacturing or enterprise environment. Solid functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO, with exposure to end-to-end finance processes and reporting. Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP in integrated environments. Understanding of financial configurations, controls, and compliance, including audit and closing support. Exposure to payment processing, banking interfaces, and cost management processes. Familiarity with process improvements and automation within SAP Finance. Experience supporting regional or multi-country users and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
