Roles & Responsibilities The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead the organization's strategic direction, operations, and growth initiatives within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. This role requires a visionary leader with deep commercial expertise, proven experience in brand building, and the ability to drive profitability and sustainability in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the company's mission and market objectives. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion strategies, and product diversification. Lead corporate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Business & Financial Management Oversee P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure strong financial performance. Drive sustainable revenue growth and market share improvement across product categories. Optimize cost efficiency through effective resource allocation, operational improvement, and supply chain management. Brand & Marketing Leadership Oversee brand portfolio strategy, ensuring consistent brand positioning and strong consumer engagement. Guide marketing innovation and product development aligned with market trends and consumer insights. Build digital transformation and e-commerce growth strategies within the FMCG space. Operations & Supply Chain Excellence Ensure efficient manufacturing, logistics, and distribution systems to meet demand and maintain product quality. Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance operational productivity and reduce waste. Strengthen supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and sustainability standards. Lead, motivate, and inspire the senior management team to achieve business goals. Foster a high-performance culture emphasizing accountability, innovation, and collaboration. Oversee succession planning, talent development, and organizational capability building. People & Culture Leadership Lead, motivate, and inspire the senior management team to achieve business goals. Educational Background & Key Requirements Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field. Minimum 15 years of leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or senior executive role within FMCG. Proven record in driving business growth, market expansion, and profitability. Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with hands-on operational understanding of FMCG dynamics (sales, distribution, marketing, supply chain).
