Head of General Affairs, APAC

The Head of General Affairs is responsible for overseeing our General Affairs functions across the APAC, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s global standards. He/She will report to our APAC Chief Operating Officer based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities Lead the APAC General Affairs team to ensure smooth operations involving office management, facilities maintenance, and employee services. Lead, mentor, and motivate team to achieve operational excellence and professional growth. Develop and implement policies to streamline internal processes and improve operational efficiency. Set guidance and best practices to General Affairs team across APAC offices. Ensure employees safety and compliance with organizational guidelines and legal requirements. Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to optimize the general affairs management model and resource allocation. Handle relationships, budgets, contract negotiations, and quality controls with vendors. Plan and execute large scale projects including office relocation and infrastructure improvements. Partner closely with Marketing and Communications in organizing and managing logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences. Partner closely with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Assist in Business Contingency matters. Other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience 10 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration or Operations, with 3+ years of supervisory experience. Experience in strategic planning and project management. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to vendor management. Experienced in supporting large scale events. Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent MS Office skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
