The Role We are seeking our first Product Manager in Singapore to help shape Addepar’s growth and impact in the region. This pivotal role works at the intersection of global product strategy and local market expertise, ensuring our platform is compelling, relevant, and tailored to the needs of Singapore and the wider APAC region. You will act as both builder and advisor, guiding development of data feeds, integrations, and features that deliver value to our clients while contributing to Addepar’s global product strategy. You will manage a small R&D team based in Singapore and serve as the key voice of the Singapore market within the global product organization. What You’ll Do Lead product discovery and market fit in Singapore: identify client needs, regulatory requirements, data providers, and market trends that shape wealth management in the region. Advise global product strategy: translate regional expertise into clear recommendations on data feeds, features, and integrations needed for the regional market. Define and align product vision for the Singapore and wider APAC market, ensuring alignment with Addepar’s global product and platform vision. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, design, data ops, client solutions, sales) to scope and deliver high‑value product increments. Prioritize effectively: balance near‑term regional needs with long‑term global platform scalability. Manage the backlog: translate strategy into actionable stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Act as the APAC subject‑matter expert on Singapore/APAC wealth management practices, regulations, and financial data requirements. Gather and synthesize feedback from clients, partners, and stakeholders into data‑driven product decisions. Drive execution: ensure projects are clearly defined, achievable, and produce measurable outcomes. Who You Are Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with significant time as a Product Manager or in a similar role within technology or financial services. Proven expertise in wealth management, investments, and financial products, ideally with direct experience in Singapore’s financial domain and regulatory environment. Strong track record of delivering products that balance client needs, technical feasibility, and business value. Skilled in agile product management practices, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment. Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and business perspectives and build consensus across global teams. Analytical and data‑driven, with the ability to translate feedback and metrics into prioritization decisions. Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment; motivated to be the first product hire in Singapore and play a key role in shaping our presence in the region. Also experienced in managing teams. Nice To Have Experience with wealth management platforms, portfolio reporting systems, or financial data providers in Asia. Familiarity with distributed global teams and scaling products across multiple geographies.
