Deepen understanding of human capital dynamics by gathering market intelligence and staying abreast of emerging trends across diverse industries. Facilitate constructive negotiations between clients and candidates, aligning their needs and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. Achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis. Develop extensive connections within the professional community in Singapore and/or the wider APAC region. What you will stand to gain: Receive direct mentorship in the complete cycle of technical recruitment. This encompasses tasks such as sourcing suitable candidates, screening them according to client specifications, and negotiating and finalizing offers for mid to senior-level professionals.
