What You Will Do As a Senior Consultant you will work closely with our clients in the following areas: SAP Signavio solution deployment: Elicit our client’s business process management requirements and deploy SAP Signavio solutions to address them Business problem solving and Process Mining: Solve our client’s toughest operational problems using our process analysis and mining solutions. Frame their problems clearly, structure them for analysis, identify root causes, quantify potential value and make actionable recommendations Business Process Management: Guide our clients around building a business process management capability – Process Architecture, Process Governance concepts and roles, Centre of Excellence Setup, Process Maturity Assessment Proof of Concepts and Value Analysis: Deliver Proof of Concept engagements with our prospects, identify value levers in our prospect’s business context and quantify benefits of SAP Signavio solutions Training: Conduct remote and in-person trainings on SAP Signavio solutions Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with our Sales and Pre-Sales teams during the Sales cycle by being part of RFx responses and with our Customer Success teams to ensure long-term success of our client’s process management and SAP Signavio investments Thought Leadership: Identify current and emergent client needs, collaborate with our Product team to structure needs into product roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and new opportunities What you will bring 6-10 years of work experience within a consulting environment with a history of excellent client delivery Strong understanding of and experience in the Business Process Management – including Facilitating Process discovery workshops Process Modelling using BPMN 2.0 and process modeling standards Process Analysis and Improvement approaches Process Mining Process Governance Concepts – e.g. Process Ownership and Centre of Excellence Architecture Concepts – e.g. Content Meta-Model Experience with SAP Signavio Process Manager or other BPM software (e.g. ARIS, Adonis, BIC, etc.) Experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence or other process mining solution (e.g. PROM, Disco, Celonis, etc.) Understanding of common business processes (e.g. P2P, O2C, Issue to Resolution etc.) and supporting systems (e.g. SAP ECC/HANA, ServiceNow etc.) Experience in SQL Ability to structure and solve problems Ability to synthesise analysis for senior stakeholders Strong presentation structuring and delivery Knowledge of business finance including discounted cash flow valuation will be a differentiator Fluency in Mandarin, Thai, Japanese or Korean will be a differentiator Willingness to travel (approx. 60%) To support our consulting team, we are searching for aSenior Consultant based in Singapore.
