Working Days & Hours:

Mon - Fri 8am – 5/530pm

Location: Novena

Job Description:

Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications

Provide relevant service information to callers

Assist in appointment making for callers

Maintain basic telephone standards are adhered to

Ensure general maintenance of work station.

Assist in phone call reminders and provide resolutions

Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive

Ensures general housekeeping and cleanliness is maintained

Job Requirements: Min Tdap, Varicella, MMR and Covid Vaccinations,

GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma
