PART-TIME ROLE : Office & Operations Executive Salary: $10.5 per hour Working Days: 5.5 Days | 9am - 6pm (might need to work on weekends sometime) Working Location: Tai Seng Job Responsibilities: Support the Admin & Fulfilment Department in day-to-day operations, including order processing, packing, and ensuring order accuracy. Coordinate delivery arrangements with customers and companies to ensure timely fulfilment of orders. Communicate with customers through various channels (e.g., phone calls, delivery apps, emails, WhatsApp) regarding order status and delivery arrangements. Ensure accuracy of data related to delivery details such as dates, time, and venues; monitor lead times to ensure efficient processing. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments to avoid delays; investigate and report root causes of delivery delays or product damages. Provide operational support at retail outlets when required, including handling customer orders and assisting with outlet operations. Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements: Prior administrative experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry is preferred. Hands-on and able to assist with operational tasks such as packing, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with drivers. Willing to support frontline outlet operations when needed.
