For our Singapore Sales division, at our location in Singapore , we are looking for a Junior Manager - Sales Planning and Analytics (m/f/d) .

Your Tasks
  • Lead regional sales planning initiatives and oversee the development of sales-related databases and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Collect and cleanse data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance data quality and automate data processes for improved efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data management processes.
  • Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data visualizations in Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize existing dashboards and propose enhancements based on user feedback.
  • Create clear documentation and guidelines for data analytics processes, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Manage and prioritize ad hoc requests from management and other departments, ensuring timely solutions.
Your Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Ideally, 3–7 years of experience in project management, Sales Planning & Analysis (SP&A), or business intelligence.
  • Experience in the fashion, footwear, or DTC (retail/e-commerce) industries is a strong plus.
  • Motivated entry-level candidates eager to grow into the role are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex datasets.
  • Experience in project and change management, with familiarity in documenting business processes.
  • Solid understanding of economic interrelationships and their impact on business performance.
  • Fluent and professional communication in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau is a strong advantage.
