Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research into local talent markets, industry trends, and competitor landscapes to identify potential candidates and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing online job platforms, AI-powered databases, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture).
- Evaluate candidate profiles, assess suitability, and prepare detailed summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines by proactively identifying, mapping, and engaging passive candidates, including competitor organizations and niche industry talent.
- Analyze recruitment and sourcing performance data, track key metrics, and generate reports to optimize sourcing campaigns.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing activities with evolving business needs and hiring priorities.
- Initiate conversations with prospective candidates, foster relationships, and manage candidate engagement using compliant communication channels such as WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn (PDPA adherence required).
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
- Min Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Min 1 year in HR or recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools.
- Thoroughness in candidate profiling and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication to engage with candidates.
- Ability to navigate changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
