Overview Lead and manage DfMA Prefab MEP projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, production, and installation processes for MEP systems. Drive continuous improvement, quality, and innovation within the team and across projects. Responsibilities Project Management Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of DfMA Prefab MEP projects. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Ensure sufficient resources are allocated to meet project requirements and deadlines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and site teams, to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor and report project progress to stakeholders, addressing any risks or issues that may arise. Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations. Team Leadership & Development Manage and mentor a team of engineers and drafters. Ensure team adheres to standards and optimizes workflows. Conduct performance reviews and provide training to junior staff. Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversee quality checks to meet industry standards. Collaborate with QAQC teams to resolve issues and maintain quality. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates, reports, and action plans. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Qualifications & Experience Education : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields. 3-5 years of experience in project management. Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). Knowledge of MEP systems preferred. Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination a plus. BCSS certification preferred. CSCPM certification preferred. Skills Core Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills. Expertise in DfMA, Prefabrication, and MEP systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with IDD tracking tools (Novade, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).
