About our Line of Business – Cloud & Data Centre Solutions

ST Engineering Cloud and Data Centre Solutions Pte Ltd provides all aspects of cloud management, services, and solutions, from initial setup and migration to ongoing operations and optimization. Services include engineering works to design, build, and provide facility management services for mission-critical environments such as data centers, disaster recovery, and business continuity sites.

Be Part of Our Success

• Designing and implementing new network solutions and current network improvement/expanding
• Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, load balancers, switches
• Analyzing problems, performing troubleshooting, and tracking problems through resolution
• Monitoring activities, such as device status and bandwidth usage
• Escalating problems to the appropriate stakeholders / principals / vendors when necessary
• Scheduling and running periodic maintenance for network infrastructure at the data centre
• Planning and managing change requests and/or maintenance activities for network operations including firmware patches
• Ensuring zero service level breaches and achieving 100% compliance with policies and procedures
• Performing Change Requests and Service Requests as assigned by team lead according to the SLA
• Managing call tickets assigned by the service desk according to the SLA
• Managing network devices and performing firmware patching
• Managing subcontractors involved with network installation
• Collaborating with other teams for new implementations and troubleshooting
• Providing network reports and status updates for monthly SLA reports and other operational requirements

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 4 years of experience working as a network engineer within the operations environment
• Experience with CISCO ACI is an advantage
• Experience in Cloud environments is an advantage
• ITIL certification is an advantage
• Strong technical skills in networking
• Possession of CCNA or CCNP certification
• Good understanding of network and system design
• A sense of urgency for service performance issues
• Ability to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround
• Capability to manage daily support tasks to meet stringent SLA requirements
• Excellent scheduling and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills and teamwork abilities to resolve problems
• Good organizational skills with proper documentation and tracking
