We are seeking an experienced and analytically strong Risk Management Manager to join our Singapore team. This role will involve establishing and refining the company's risk management framework, identifying, assessing, and monitoring various risks to ensure robust operations while innovating. Ideal candidates should possess a solid understanding of financial risk, keen risk identification skills, and excellent cross-departmental communication abilities, enabling them to effectively manage risk in a rapidly evolving fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Risk Management Framework: Establish, maintain, and improve the company's comprehensive risk management framework, including policies, processes, and controls. Risk Identification and Assessment: Systematically identify and assess the company's credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk. Risk Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and implement risk monitoring tools and indicators, prepare regular risk management reports, and report to management and committees. Risk Modeling and Quantitative Analysis: Develop and validate risk measurement models and use quantitative analysis methods to support risk decision-making. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that risk management practices comply with the requirements of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and other relevant regulatory bodies. New Product Risk Assessment: Participate in the development process of new products and businesses, conduct risk assessments, and provide risk mitigation recommendations. Risk Culture Building: Promote the development of a company-wide risk culture and raise risk awareness among all employees. Cross-departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business, product, technology, and compliance teams to embed risk management into business processes. Job Requirements Master's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in risk management at a financial institution, fintech company, or consulting firm. Deep understanding of financial risk management principles and practices, and familiarity with Singapore's financial regulatory requirements. Skilled in quantitative risk analysis; proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R is preferred. Proven strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds. FRM, PRM, or other relevant risk management certifications are preferred. Team management experience is preferred.
