Technical Support Engineer

The Job

This person is responsible to provide technical support in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work on CCTV cameras and backend systems. Attend to service requests from customers promptly and professionally. Act as single point of contact for all customer enquiries. Liaise with relevant parties and users on the repairs and adjustments of cameras. Carry out on-site equipment installation, testing and commissioning as required. Liaise with principals or suppliers for spare parts. Work with principals, suppliers, system engineers to resolve technical issues. Conduct product demonstration to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer or Electronics Engineering and its equivalent (candidates without the required academic qualifications can be considered based on their professional experience)
• Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar environment
• Team Lead should have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 5 or more Assistant EngineersStrong commitment to meeting customer’s SLA
• Will be scheduled for on-call support rotation
• 2 year contract renewable

Backend Office System Operator
Location: Toa Payoh / Security & Sensor Division

The Job

You will be required to scan, note down and verify any parking infringements from CCTV monitors. Consolidate all traffic infringements and submit report to customers. Attend to enquiries regarding verification of traffic infringements and other related services. Report faulty cameras or breakdowns. Coordinate with Technical Support team on camera repairs and adjustments. Resolve all in scope enquires and take appropriate escalation actions when required.

Requirements

• Minimum O Level or equivalent
• Basic computer skills required
• Able to converse well with customers on enquiries
• Good team player and able to work independently

System Engineer

Liaise with Solutions team to understand systems design
Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of network devices and AD server / management server on-site
Assist Project Managers and Engineers to prepare systems related diagram for the project implementation

Engage with back line support and/or with vendor’s support to diagnose and rectify technical problems to effectively resolve project implementation issues

CAG X-Ray Supervisor

The Job

Lead a team of engineers/assistant engineers to plan and execute maintenance work dliligently
Ensure all customers complaints and service requests are attended to promptly and in compliance with Service Level Agreement
Ensure services and projects are delivered and completed on time

CAG Assistant Engineer

Requirements

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent
• Some accounting experience in similar capacities preferred
