The Role Strategically source candidates using advanced search methods and talent intelligence tools using a variety of search methods/job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline Lead candidate screening by reviewing resumes and conducting competency-based interviews and phone screenings/interviews Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning to coordinate and conduct interviews when required Advise Hiring Managers on selection strategies and talent market insights on selection of candidates Oversee reference checks and ensure compliance with internal hiring standards as and when required Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and ensure positive candidate experience by extending the offer to shortlisted candidates and briefing shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore employment laws and support diversity and inclusion goals in accordance with Singapore employment laws and regulations About You Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 4–5 years of progressive recruitment experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives independently and collaborate cross-functionally Important Notice Do not provide bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
