Associate Partner/ Partner – Sales & Business Development Farro & Co, a leading international mobility firm headquartered in Singapore with expanding presence in Dubai, is seeking multiple experienced sales and business development professionals to join our team as Associate Partners or Partners. This strategic role will drive our growth by building and nurturing client relationships in ultra-high-net-worth and institutional segments globally. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve aggressive growth targets in residency and citizenship by investment solutions. Identify, engage, and close new client opportunities — actively hunting for leads and converting prospects. Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and intermediaries. Conduct client consultations to assess needs and tailor custom mobility and investment solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client onboarding and ongoing service excellence. Represent Farro & Co at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to enhance brand presence. Track market trends, competitor activities, and program developments to inform business strategy. Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and CRM records for forecasting and reporting. Requirements Self-motivated, high achiever, and true go-getter with hunter mentality — driven to seek and secure new business opportunities aggressively. Proven track record in sales or business development within investment migration, private banking, wealth management, or related sectors. Strong network within UHNW individuals, family offices, or global intermediaries is highly advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to be based onsite in Singapore or Dubai. Multiple openings available.
