We are seeking a proactive candidate to grow our customer base across the corporate fleet, logistics, transportation, workshop, and retail segments. You will manage existing accounts, develop new sales channels, and support sales and operational activities to achieve departmental targets.
Responsibilities:- Achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
- Drive business growth across multiple segments (e.g., Logistics, Transportation, Direct Fleet Owners, Workshops, Retailers).
- Conduct market research to develop products that meet customer requirements.
- Attend networking events to build relationships with industry stakeholders and expand business opportunities.
- Implement customer loyalty programs and promotional packages.
- Provide operational support when required.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and operations, preferably in corporate sales with after-sales service maintenance contracts.
- Candidates with an established network of business contacts or customers in the commercial tyre, construction, logistics, or transportation industries will be highly preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking technicians and customers).
- Must possess own vehicle.
- Working location: 2 Pandan Road Singapore
- Working hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
- Commission, mobile reimbursement, and transport allowance provided.
